All in a small, exact “mahi” (“fish”) or Herati design with three lightly lobed pendant medallions on a pinched navy ground. The side and end fillers are similarly patterned. Ivory main border of reversing turtle palmettes. Fine and particularly even and fine weave characteristic of Tabriz work which emphasizes consistency and perfect execution. As new condition. Versatile narrow size.
