From the Kurds in NE Persia, with their totally characteristic border system, and with a vertical stripe design in rust-red, navy and cream featuring S-shaped double end botehs. Narrow flat woven end strips. All wool construction with a medium/moderate rustic weave. Quchans are under collected and one of the many interesting byways of the rug world.
