Fine to very finely woven, silk and wool rugs, mostly scatters, from the central Persian religious capital. Industry began in the 1930’s. Curvilinear drawing, Medallion, centralized, panel, allover, boteh and architectural patterns. A few prayer rugs. Expensive to very expensive.
