Squares follow the warp and weft orthogonals and this large SW Persian Qashghai tribel shows a plethora of squares in beige, blue, red, salmon and grey-brown, all with visible abrash. The squares narrow along the sides, but keep their full size at the ends. The size and proportions are adjustable. Go9od quality nomadic wool pile in a medium, rustic weave. As new condition.
