This extremely fine modern NW Persian city scatter shows a rose, lobed, oval medallion with acanthus edge and seaweed decorations, with a blue sub-medallion, and a cloud of small lancet leaves floating about. Acanthus edge side and end pseudo inner border. Rust main border with racemes. Silk highlights. Short, upright, stiffly velvety silk pile. As new condition.
