In the technique, palette and style often attributed to the mysterious “Hajji Jalili” Tabriz atelier. The undyed ecru field shows a tree of life with an upper palmette finial. Giant , rough palmettes grow from powerful volute tendrils. Lateral colonettes and red spandrels above the cusped niche. Near black strip style border with a parade of escutcheon turtle palmettes. Finely woven on cotton with a brisk pile, specifically attributed to this mysterious shop. Slightest reduction to the plain outermost end border.
