Robustly woven on cotton, this NW Persian rustic carpet shows a nearly square navy octogramme with cream ragged palmette pendants, on a shaped tomato madder field Twelve-part cream central sub-medallion. Ecru corners with light blue oblique projections. Warm red strip-style border with reversing turtles. Moderate knotting. Good condition with only hairline end reduction. Attractive clear yellow details.
