This rust field niche layout, large scatter shows a small central basal vase, flanked by snake wrapped columns with elaborate bases, which support a conjoint straw arabesque spandrel panel. The apex is waisted and shows a mushroom-shaped head. Main border abrashes visibly from near black to tan, with a pattern of tulips and other flowers in strip style. Well-woven in the Tabriz “Hajji Jalili” manner. On cotton.
