Three levels of arabesques, the primary one in green, decorate the ecru field. The tall navy medallion shows pendanrs incorporating volutes. Navy border with palmettes and a light teal forked meander. A relatively early Mohtasham long scatter from central Persia. Natural dyes and handspun materials.Velvety pile. Fine weave, cotton foundation. Good condition.
