The ruby red field displays an unusual oval cream medallion with blue interior strapwork, and four palmette pendants. Interesting flowers grow horizontally from the central vertical axis. Navy and cream pointy corners. Navy strip style major border with palmettes. Leathery texture, probably early 20th century.
