Woven with the exceptionally lustrous hair of the Angora goat, this coarsely knotted, western Anatolian workshop rug, shows an abrashed aqua field loosely patterned with palmettes and leaves in cream, tangerine and red. Abrashed red strip-style border with botehs and a wandering faceted meander. Wool foundation. Good condition. Up and down viewing directions are remarkably different.
